Greet visitors and answer their queries. Schedule appointments of the employer. Photocopy, fax, file and other general admin and clerical duties as required. Schedule conferences within the department and organizing trade shows. Organizing travel for individuals or teams. To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails, and forwarding it to the appropriate person. Supervise and train other office support staff if needed. Maintain and update clients database, organize and maintain client files and records. Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and order the supplies to be used in the office.
