Job duties: Assist in organizing, managing, and assessing the activities of departments or businesses involved in retail and wholesale sales. Organize personnel and delegate tasks. Organize personnel needs, such as hiring, training, and retaining employees. Evaluate, improve, and address purchases, and keep an eye on income. Evaluate market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potentials, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors operations on sales. Improve and address consumer concerns and requests in order to provide better customer services. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary education or diploma is required. 2-3 years of previous retail or wholesale sales experience required. Terms of employment: Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Wages: $ 37.90 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week. Location of employment: 4901 Broadway Ave, Blackfalds, AB, T0M 0J0 Personal suitability: Organized, client-focus.
