Junior Quantity Surveyor

Due to an increase in construction ptojects, our Client based outside Dungannon require a Junior/Intemediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Whats in it for you? Preparation and submission of client Final Accounts. Daily liaising with on site supervisors and site teams. Role will involve site visits as and when required. Person Specification: Minimum of 12 months Main Contractor experience Experience of handling 4+ projects at one time (these will vary in value from £250k - £1m) NEC 3 or 4 experience Good communication skills dealing with S/C, clients, and colleagues Well organised this is due to dealing with multiple jobs at a time Skills: QS Quantity Surveyor Site visits Benefits: Company pension Free car parking Travel Expenses Mileage
