HR Business Partner | Belfast MCS Group HR is thrilled to be representing an excellent charitable organisation based in Belfast, who wish to appoint an HR Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role The HR BP will be responsible for identifying, developing, co-ordinating a suite of Learning and Development Programmes across the Group. In addition, the HR BP will be expected to continue to develop your HR skills, you will also be collaborating with a department within the group to provide generalist HR assistance. Main duties include: Helping promote a learning culture where people are continually learning & developing. Identifying, developing and delivering training opportunities through various methods including performance appraisals, training needs analysis, colleague feedback and more. Creating a learning calendar at company and departmental level in line with strategic direction. Design & Delivery of relevant training to colleagues & trainers. Build relationships with external training providers Help prepare the annual training budget, track the L&D budget spend. Supporting Apprenticeship & Graduate programmes. Support in the design and development of the onboarding programme. Support and advise colleagues in disciplinary & grievance matters. Support in recruitment activities. Provide assistance in absence management and reward & recognition. This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties The Successful candidate: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role at a similar level AND current professional membership of the CIPD at Associate Level or above^.
