About the role Are you passionate about payroll and human resources analytics? Join our People Operations Team as a Payroll HR Analyst! You'll play a crucial role ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining data integrity, providing insights to support our organisation's needs. In collaboration with the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our weekly and fortnightly pay cycles. Additionally, you'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure that data is turned into relevant information and accurate reports, enabling best practice people activities and informing the needs of the organisation. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your focus in this role will include:
  • Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Managing and maintaining oversight of all people data quality and integrity issues associated with the payroll system (iCHRIS)
  • Monitoring and reporting on data completeness, accuracy, and confidence

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience
  • Experience in processing payroll for salaried and waged workers
  • Previous experience with Payroll systems preferably iCHRIS
  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
