Current team dynamics and sustained growth have created the opportunity for an accomplished business advisory senior manager to join the firm in a key management role. We are looking for a CA or CPA qualified senior managerial professional with a minimum of 6-7 years current NZ CA experience, preferably in a sizeable CA firm. This is a key role within our client’s team and requires the talents of an articulate and commercially credible professional with solid experience in all aspects of client accounting, tax compliance and business consulting. Good systems skills and solid NZ IFRS reporting experience are essential for this role. Here is a summary of the technical competencies and personal attributes our client is looking for:- sound NZ CA experience with financial and management reporting
- hands-on experience and good understanding of NZ tax compliance
- experience with NZ IFRS and special-purpose reporting
- experience with advisory assignments involving financial modelling, virtual CFO and financial analysis
- proven ability to manage a team of professionals and the workflow associated with it
- BD experience and desire to develop towards an equity director in the longer term
- well-rounded systems skills (good working knowledge of Xero and MYOB)
