Job Description Toll Group are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator PM to direct, co-ordinate, and supervise our Foot Locker warehouse operation based in Murrarie. As a Warehouse Coordinator, your role will be responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure outstanding results are achieved whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will work a roster of Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm. Your responsibilities will include: Successfully facilitating the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer. Identifying, opportunities for innovative solutions and progressing to a stage that can be adopted by the business. Engaging stakeholders regularly regularly and respectfully to accomplish goals of both parties resulting in collaborative and productive long-term relationships. Compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and reported to ensure both the customer and Toll’s financial and audit expectations are met. People are engaged and managed to ensure a positive workplace culture that meets the organisations compliance requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management Demonstrated previous experience in managing a warehouse function. Proven experience in successfully managing employee base in a complex industrial industry. Experience in managing operational budgets.
