Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

• Develop and execute creative and engaging TikTok campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Generate innovative promotion mechanics to captivate our audience and boost user engagement.
• Schedule and host live stream sessions to showcase our latest collections and interact with our followers in real-time.
• Plan and manage TikTok ads to reach our target audience effectively and optimize ad performance.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify our brand message and expand our reach.
• Implement and oversee an affiliate program to drive traffic and sales through TikTok partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics and insights to refine strategies and maximize results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts and creating engaging content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and compelling campaign concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
