Junior IT Technical Support

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) As an IT technical support of Wing Hin Group of Companies , you are required to install, configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems either over the phone or in person. You are also be responsible to providing technical assistance and support to all our employees and to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems at multiple outlets. Responsibilities:

• To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• To provide support in face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues.
• To troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• To replace parts as required.
• To follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• To support the roll-out of new applications.
• To set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• To respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• To work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• To prioritise and manage many open cases at one time. Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience.
• Results-oriented with the ability to support team objectives and goals.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
