Financial Operations Specialist Mandarin-Speaker 财务专员

Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform financial management and analysis of monthly and annual business operations. 2. Provide financial and operational support at various stages of the business process, spanning from pre- to post-process stages. 3. Regularly reconcile accounts receivable and payable, and promptly communicate with business personnel regarding account statuses. 4. Manage various financial documents and organize and bind accounting vouchers. Work Arrangement: Remote (Work from Home), with 2 days off a week. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field, with at least 2 years of finance work experience. 2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, with good learning abilities. 3. Sensitivity to data and adeptness in teamwork collaboration. 4. Clear thinking, proactive, and prompt in handling tasks.
