Sales/Marketing Executive

Location: Remote Type: Commission-Based Compensation: This position offers a commission-only structure (Unlimited earning potential with Performance Bonus benefits), where compensation is tied directly to the orders and contracts brought to the company. IntellChromatics Inc., a leading provider of custom software, IT solutions, and cybersecurity services, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. • Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets, with a focus on the US and Europe.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote IntellChromatics' services.
• Present and pitch IntellChromatics' solutions to prospective clients through various channels, including social media, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience of successful track record in sales or marketing (required) OR
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 4+ years of experience of successful track record in sales or marketing. (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Compensation: This position offers a commission-only structure , where compensation is tied directly to the orders and contracts brought to the company. Note that commission rates range from 4-7%. Performance Bonus:

• You also have opportunities for performance bonus where Performance bonuses will be awarded based on exceeding sales targets, securing high-value contracts, or other performance metrics determined by the company.
