DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help propel recruiting and strategy for our Philippines market. This is a fixed term with duration up to 1 year. As a recruiter with Qashier, you possess excellent consultation and partnership skills in the sales and corporate fields. You are passionate about hiring and have a good track record of successfully delivering against the most challenging situation. You have outstanding business acumen, strong analytical thinking skills, operational excellence and comfort with decision making under ambiguity. You have a high bar for talent assessment, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end technology recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews, both technical and behavioral, to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure that the recruiting process is consistently aligned.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively strategize to address current and future staffing needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to guide the organization with opportunities that could address their needs faster.
  • Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, academic, and networking events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter, ideally with a focus on sales roles such as Business Development Inbount/Outbound, Sales Operations, and other corporate function roles
  • 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sales-centricity and strong influencing ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and key stakeholders.
  • Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
  • Proven experience as a technology/sales recruiter, preferably in technology/fintech industries but not required, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technology/sales roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of various technology domains, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and recruitment tools to deliver results and enhance efficiency and compliance while streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex recruitment scenarios.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Additional Asian languages are desirable (such as Mandarin, Thai or any other), to liaise with our stakeholders in the region.
