1. Responsibilities: The role responsibilities of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst include:

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and system architecture diagrams.
• Assist consultant in the design and implementation of marketing automation workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Assisting in the testing and validation of marketing automation workflows and campaigns to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and features.
• Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and workflows.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to marketing activities.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies for effective collaboration and project delivery.

3. Work Experience: With 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the Marketing Cloud domain, including involvement in a minimum of 2 successful Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, and a proven track record in assisting the consultants in project execution and analysis, contributing to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. 4. Certifications: Good to have:
