About Our Client Our client is a multinational company who specilalizes in coconut product manufacturing. Job Description Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:
   • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet quality standards and targets.
   • Implement efficient processes to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
   • Monitor production metrics for performance optimization.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold quality standards.
   • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
   • Conduct regular audits and inspections to address non-conformances.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Recruit, train, and mentor production staff.
   • Provide leadership and direction to foster a safe and positive work environment.
   • Set performance expectations and provide feedback.
4. Supply Chain Management:
   • Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely material availability.
   • Optimize inventory management processes.
   • Maintain supplier relationships for quality inputs.
5. Maintenance and Facility Management:
   • Oversee maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability.
   • Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
   • Implement safety protocols for a secure work environment.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
   • Lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
   • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the food industry with specific experience in coconut product manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food processing principles, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
