  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and follow up on potential leads within the target sectors.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential business partners.
  • Qualification Calls: Conduct thorough qualification calls to understand the business needs and goals of potential clients.
  • Gather information on the existing setup, target audience, and potential integration of iB Cricket into their business.
  • Direct Meetings and Demonstrations: Schedule and organize face-to-face or virtual meetings with qualified leads.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of iB Cricket Business Edition.
  • Address any queries or concerns raised during the meetings and tailor the presentation to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with prospects through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Provide additional information, materials, or resources as needed to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Sales Closure: Work towards closing sales deals by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and aligning the iB Cricket solution with the client's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather feedback on the product and relay insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.

  • Be adaptable to take on redefined roles and responsibilities as needed to support the company's strategies and overall success.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in B2B sales or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the entertainment, real estate, Insurance and banking sectors.
  • An individual with excellent communication skills in English and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport
  • Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly

Languages Known:
  • Native speaker of Hindi or Telugu or Kannada or Tamil.
  • Very Good Proficiency in English is expected.
Other details:
  • 4.5 LPA - 9 LPA
  • Should be flexible to travel within the city and to other cities, based on the requirement
  • 6-Day Week
  • Week-off will be on weekdays
