Job Summary: The Marketing Team Leader for GCash Pera Outlet (GPO) is responsible for directing its team towards the common objective of generating revenue through GPO activation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive GCash users to engage in our product. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a team of GPO specialists with the goal of generating sales through GPO activation. Set targets and evaluate each team member's performance to achieve the team's common objective. Plan, coordinate, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive users to engage and to register for our product. Tailor strategies to target specific outlets and demographics. Develop strategies to improve the execution of GPO activation and to improve team performance. Manage the marketing budget effectively and closely monitor the spending and expenses. Review marketing materials that will be displayed to GPO stores/outlets. Collaborate with different key people of other teams across the company or other third-party affiliates. Prepare analysis reports to effectively evaluate team performance and present the report to its reporting manager. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related courses. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in marketing, with focus on promotions and campaign management. Must be willing to work on field within NCR and nearby provinces. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, preferably MS Excel. Familiarity with mobile wallet GCash and digital payment platforms. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving marketing landscape. Minimum of two (2) years leadership and work related experience. Self-motivated and with good judgement. Own and operate a reliable motorcycle and an active driver's license.
