The support can be for a specific product, project, or for general needs of the department. This role will be responsible for the release of a small component or product or will assist with the release of a larger, more complex product. This role will be responsible for the release of a small component or product or will assist with the release of a larger, more complex product. Job Duties

  • Generate SDLC documentation for the product(s) assigned 
  • Generate customer support and user materials for the product(s) assigned 
  • Assist with generation of custom materials based on client contract 
  • Assist with product release communications and tracking 
  • Assist with end user/validation testing of products 
  • Assist with documentation definition and generation for Go To Market (GTM) and other departmental projects 
  • Provide proof-reading services for materials generated by the department 
  • Provide customer support for technical communication department materials and programs 
  • Provide back-up coverage for certification and continuing education programs 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management. 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point 
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to understand and communicate functional and technical information. 
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in an interactive team environment. 
  • Working knowledge of software delivery life cycle (SDLC) documentation
  • Working knowledge of query and report-generation tools 
  • Working knowledge of relational databases 
  • Working knowledge of mobile devices and applications 
Education Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree required in a computer or health care discipline 
  • Or 4-year college degree in any discipline with at least 6 to 8 years prior work experience in clinical trials/healthcare, education/teaching or software development 
  • Or 2-year degree in a computer or health care discipline with at least 8 to 10 years prior work experience in clinical trials/healthcare, education/teaching or software development
