Honours in Geographical Information Systems (GIS)ExperienceMinimum of 3 years working experience with Precision Farming dataExperience using ESRI ArcGIS software productsKnowledge in Ag Leader® SMS™ softwareExperience with scripting in PythonExcellent communication and analytical skillsProject management skillsDutiesAnalyse spatial database informationDevelop custom and standard maps and prepare maps for implementationDevelop and maintain GIS databasesWorking with the agronomic field team (support and training)Remote sensing data managementTranslating raw data into agricultural solutions and marketing thereofDevelop and maintain ESRI DashboardsJob CompetenciesStrong ability to work independentlyCreative thinkerAbility to work under pressureExcellent language skills (written and verbal English and Afrikaans)Ability to lead and take initiativeGeneral
