Technical Skill set

• Mandatory: COBOl, JCL, DB2, VSAM
• Good to have – IMS and CICS
• Tools – CA-7 or similar, File-manager or Similar, Endevor or Similar

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in business enhancements on the system (Back-end – Mainframe), back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
• Will manage team releases and coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
• Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to system (Back-end – Mainframe), back-end processing, and ancillary systems. Research inquiries within the System.
• Will assist in the creation and maintenance of System’s Operations procedures and processes
• Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
• Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support. analyzing the abends and Issues passed on by the L1 team
• Will establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly 
• Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams, and resource
