Our client is a multinational tech company. They are looking for candidates to join their Engagement and Retention marketing team. Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive personalization and CRM strategy aligned with regional business objectives, customer segmentation, and revenue targets.
- CRM Enhancement: Define activation rules, customer segmentation, program benefits and rewards in partnership with the Global Team and regional GTM stakeholders.
- Marketing Technology Management: Oversee regional adoption and utilization of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness in driving campaigns, personalization, and automation.
- Build and maintain a customer database: Instrumental in growing our paid member base, understand, engage, and ultimately demonstrate growth in Reach, NPS, engagement, advocacy, and lifetime value.
- Analytics & Reporting: Define regional KPIs for LCM-led engagement and retention success, refine dashboards and monitor KPIs to gather insights on consumer behaviour and drive actionable next steps.
- Orchestration: Partner with internal agencies and COE to design, execute, and analyse data-driven marketing campaigns across email touchpoints to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer journeys.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business management or analytics
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in retainer marketing, digital marketing from tech , e-commerce , consumer good industry.
- Experience in designing, launching, and managing end to end CRM and loyalty programs with practical working knowledge of targeting, dynamic publishing, journey building, triggers sequencing and A/B testing.
- Strong project management skills, strong communication skills and ability to evolve in a matrix environment with various functions across the organization.
- Results-driven and metrics-obsessed, you love a good challenge and apply both creativity and analytical rigor in solving problems. You have a proven track record of moving metrics.
- Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
