HVAC Technician

OnceHub is an innovative and thriving Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides Engagement Acceleration Solutions to organizations. We are a remote company spread across seven countries and five continents, which means that collaboration and diversity are at the heart of our amazing team. Applying for this position, you'll work remotely from your home in South Africa and report directly to our Chief Product Officer.

We are looking for a passionate UX Writer, who will:

• Work with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographical locations.
• Write application copy and educational documentation, helping customers understand our software and how to configure it.

1. Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy.
2. Research, outline, create, and edit new content for customer education and internal use: help articles, best practice guides, videos, animated gifs, and other educational resources.
3. Participate in usability testing for content updates.
4. Approach everything from the customer perspective, prioritizing their experience as you create action-based, visually appealing resources that translate highly technical information into something they understand and trust to guide.
5. Write subjects with accuracy and relevance by gathering information from subject-matter experts to understand its business impact, customer value, and technical details.
6. Work closely with various departments to understand content requirements and the strategic approach.
7. Monitor internal and external feedback channels to help define customer needs and content.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Strong time management skills.

• Experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, especially technical writing of software documentation in a B2B SaaS company.
