What You'llDo Lead theend-to-end supply chain strategy for battery cells encompassing thefull product lifecycle (cost analysis, contract negotiations, lineramp-ups, daily supply management, risk mitigation, and programsunsetting)Analyze supplier proposals and lineup roadmaps to match Tesla future developments, working withengineering to evaluate product tradeoffs (cost, performance,timelines)Lead cost analysis, drive continualcost reduction and avoidance initiatives through ad hoc pricenegotiations, evaluate supplier core competencies and competitivepositioning using should cost modelsDrivesupplier performance, prioritizing continuity of supply withfactory teams
