As a key member of our team you will leverage yourexpertise in manufacturing drawings CNC 5Axis machining and CAD/CAMapplications to maintain and repair our corporateequipment.Responsibilities: Provide technical support in the manufacturingof spare parts for rotating equipment including process selectionmanufacturing plans and CAM programming. Offertechnical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units andContractor Shops. Support field installationmaintenance and repair of rotating equipment.Troubleshoot repair modify existing equipment andidentify cost reductions and process improvements.Prepare design engineering packages for rotatingequipment. Conduct technical investigationsfor shop repair return jobs identifying root causes and correctiveactions. Implement the latest technology inmanufacturing methodology. Develop and revisedepartmental technical procedures and standards.Coach and share knowledge with junior engineers qualityinspectors and technicians. Provide technicalinput for purchasing specifications including technical proposalevaluation. Collaborate with departmentengineers Consulting Services Department (CSD) and other companydepartments and manufacturers. Coordinate withInHouse Repair Units Quality Assurance units InKingdom Contractorsand vendors for shop repair work scopes.Participate in vendor and customer exchangemeetings. Requirements: This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia. Bachelors Degree inMechanical Engineering. Minimum of 20 years ofexperience in the manufacturing field with specific expertise inthe mechanical design and manufacturing of major rotatingequipment. Proficiency in CNC 5Axis machiningand CAD/CAM applications such as NX Siemens andSolidworks. Experience in reverse engineeringis highly preferable. Ability to train anddevelop younger engineers.
