Reporting to the Dean, theassociate dean contributes to and supports the strategic andacademic leadership of planning, organizing and managing programsin the School; managing faculty and administrative teams;supporting faculty professional development; ensuring qualityprograms; and enhancing student success. This role also includesresponsibility to coordinate and organize the operationalmanagement of the school in terms of oversight of course scheduleplanning, curriculum development, revision assessment, facultyevaluation, faculty recruitment and retention, budget development,fiscal management and other related activities of theSchool
