Process Control Engineer

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer with extensive experience in process control to join the Control and System Group based in Zoetermeer.
The Control and System Group is a dedicated section of process engineers operating under the Process Engineering department, with a focus on impacting efficiency while maintaining quality and acting as a knowledge center within the department specifically related to the preparation of the most important process documents, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Process Control and Safeguarding documentations.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the latest state of Technip's Process technology, including the control and safeguarding system, is applied in the process design and engineering within the project/proposal specifications, authority requirements, and other contractual obligations. You will also be responsible for coordinating P&IDs for specific projects, participating in P&IDs review meetings, preparing Process System documentations, and representing Technip Benelux as a process system and control engineering contractor in meetings with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
a BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
a minimum of 3 years' experience in related process control and safeguarding areas on refining, petrochemical or similar industries.
Ideally, you have this experience specifically within projects in Hydrogen production and Ethylene Cracking furnaces and downstream units, but it's definitely not a must. Previous experience with SMR, ATR, Ethylene processes is a plus, as is experience in Green and Blue H2 technologies. Broad prior experiences in different process technology areas and the use of tools such as Bluebeam, Smart Plant PID, and AVEVA are also strong pluses.
