We are very pleased to announce that Teleperformance is looking for a Business Development Director to join our Business Development team in the Netherlands.The Business Development Director will take full ownership of winning new accounts and growing the accounts within in the Dutch Market. He/She will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team across the Netherlands.The Business Development Director will be responsible for multiple verticals, owning and developing the GTM & Key Target plans and strategies that will form the basis for value driven sales growth - plan to include:Analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current businessCompetitive analysis/strategy for penetration of new accounts/logosTo be successful in this role you must have:Strong experience in BPO/Outsourcing5yrs+ experience of solution sellingHighly skilled at developing a network of prospectsProven track record in hunting for new business opportunitiesHunting background/MindsetDemonstrable background in developing go to market strategies.Proven ability to manage Internal/external StakeholdersAbility to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third partiesThis is a key role in the Netherlands - you will be accountable for driving the strategy of increasing our footprint within the Dutch market, you will be reporting to the Chief Business Development officer for the Netherlands.
