- Develop and grow new strategic partnership opportunities as an alternative channel to drive incremental unsecured lending sales
- Manage and expand existing partnership's contribution to exceed sales target.
- Ensure timely contract lodgement, payment to vendor.
- Drive profitability & growth of UL product through Portfolio Management activities which include activation, balance build through limit increase and retention
- Using Control Tower, metrices & data to identify trend and translate to actionable insights for UL portfolio.
- Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Banking Industry is preferred
- Good grasp of the Unsecured Lending products and sales background is preferred.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
- Driven, consistently meeting expectations and resourceful
- Independent and self-motivated
- Strong communication and presentation skills
