Job Purpose: To manage the vehicle series operations to ensure excellent quality of service to customers, accomplishment of service revenues and increasing customer retention. Job Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for achieving all financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals and profitable growth of the vehicle service department. 2.Plan, organize and control service and maintenance related operations to achieve departmental objectives. 3.Make sure all necessary workshop tools, machinery and equipment are available. 4.Prepare and control the financial performance of the workshop and parts sales including setting budgets. 5.Create, analyze and evaluate total parts and workshop statistics periodically. 6.Supervise, direct, evaluate and train workshop technicians in a manner that maximizes workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. 7.Propose, produce and establish short and midterm aftermarket business/marking plan. 8.Ensure that invoices are completed and presented to the customer when the car is picked up, for securing of correct payment and invoicing conditions. 9.Ensure that warranty claims are complete, recorded and reimbursed in accordance with the manufactures procedures. 10.Ensure that all service requirements listed by customers are rectified according to company policy. 11.Organize technical quality follow up and report deviations to the manufacture. 12.Accountable for all warranty and material scrapping. 13.Any other requirements for department head it is from your responsibilities Skills
