As a Technical Service Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-notch technical support for the development, manufacturing, and utilization of our diverse range of products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and tests on products for quality assurance, development, and performance evaluation. Collaborate closely with the Technical Service Manager and team members to ensure seamless operations. Communicate findings effectively, both orally and in writing. Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Analyze data implications to drive informed decision-making. Requirements: 2nd or 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical/construction/production. Proficiency in Windows-based software, especially Microsoft Office. High proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in materials test equipment usage and evaluation of physical properties. Ability to initiate tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing demands. Capability in data analysis. Familiarity with plastics properties and products (advantageous). Familiarity with statistical analysis software (advantageous). Practical experience in testing of plastics (advantageous). FLT license (advantageous).
