Job details
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating layout drawings, space planning and service drawings for multiple disciplines within the office refurbishment industry. Responsibilities Site Surveys - own transport required to go to different sites Space Planning Quantification Take offs from drawings Technical service drawings for example; partitioning, electrical, mechanical, ceilings etc Experience and Attributes Candidates must have a minimum 2 years CAD experience Relevant qualification in Interior Design / space planning / surveying or equivalent Good organisational and time management skills Experience in an Office fit-out / Commercial / Shop fitting background Experience in creating technical service drawings Other advantageous skills 3D Drawings Photoshop Sketchup Skills: CAD Surveying Quantity Surveying Layout Design space planning Benefits: Pension Fund car parking
