Onsite Account Specialist - Immediate Start Location: Lurgan Contract Duration: 6 Months Shift Hours: Evening shift, 6 PM - 2 AM, Sunday to Thursday (Flexible start time up to 10:30 PM, must finish after 2 PM) Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, with OTE circa £30,000 Benefits: Reward & Recognition Scheme, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Pension, 36 Days Annual Leave About the Role: Join us as an Onsite Account Specialist in a dynamic recruitment setting. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Understand client needs, source candidates, coordinate recruitment strategies, and manage candidate onboarding and training. Compliance Management: Ensure all operations are compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Who We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 6 months in professional account management or recruitment. Strong administration and IT skills are crucial. Skills: Excellent communication capabilities to engage effectively across all levels. Qualifications: Minimum GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
