We have a 12-month placement role to assist with various projects within the IT Team in Agnew Group. These projects are detailed below: 1.Replacement and upgrade of approx. 150 Windows 10 devices: Using SCCM build and prepare a new desktop or Laptop device. Plan and execute the handover of the upgraded device to the Agnew Colleague 2.One Drive Migration. Assist with the migration of users document folders to OneDrive, deprecating their know folder replication. Training and handholding the user through this process. 3.Secondment to the Infrastructure team Assist senior engineer with network refresh tasks including new FTD firewall and switch upgrades to site comms rooms across the group. Upgrade broadband services to new FTTP circuits. 4.Secondment to our Development team Various tasks within our development team to enhance our reports and Internal applications Skills: Windows 10 Network Support Reports
