Environmental Health Officer

MCS group are delighted to be working with a fantastic Public Sector organisation in their search for an Environmental Health Officer on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be part of the local services team, supporting the Senior EHO in achieving the objectives and unit business plans. The Role: Perform enforcement, investigation, education, and advisory tasks. Collaborate with organisations to meet objectives. Undertake directed project work. Organise workload for quality service. Stay updated through professional development. Assist in training and manage staff. Adhere to policies, procedures, and legislation. Uphold the organisation's reputation and perform other duties as required. The Person: Hold a Certificate of Registration of the Environmental Health Officer's Registration Board or hold a qualification acceptable to the Board, that is, Diploma in Environmental Health awarded by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
