What this opportunity involves: JLL is currently seeking a fun, dynamic and tech-savvy Receptionist to work onsite with a friendly and collaborative JLL Facilities team in Auckland CBD! Our client is Google New Zealand who is an online GIANT, and a household name who promotes a highly collaborative culture. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact to clients and their visitors, as well as providing assistance in administrative activities relevant to facilities operations.  A snapshot of the role;
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls, directing callers to appropriate support channels
  • Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the reception area – clean and presentable at all times
  • Manage visitor and temporary access passes
  • Provide assistance in administrative activities relevant to the Facilities Operations
  • Manage conference room bookings, moving meetings, and changing schedules
  • Provide events support as required
  • Collate information & generate reports, letters, communications & documents
  • Report faults and problems to the Help Desk and assist with upkeep of office
