- A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- A postgraduate professional certificate in relevant field. (Added advantage).
- Membership of relevant professional bodies.
- At least 5 years post qualification experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
- Sound Electric Power Knowledge - Energy audit, Distribution network, Demand side management, Energy efficiency
- Good knowledge of the electricity supply chain value system
- Knowledge of the electricity regulatory codes and requirements
- Knowledge of the AMI platform
- Planning and Organizing
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal , negotiation and persuasion skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- People-person and a team player.
