- We are currently seeking an experienced ICT Officer to manage our organization's technological infrastructure and ensure its efficiency.
- The ICT Officer will be responsible for maintaining our systems, providing technical support to employees, implementing new technological solutions, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of our network.
- Deploy LAN / WAN / SAN and internet related equipment’s
- Physical installation of all IT equipment’s in data centres and technical rooms
- Configures, updates and backups of all Voice/ LAN/WAN/SAN and internet equipment’s
- Completing Service Requests and resolving Incidents received from Service Desk as per Operational Guidelines.
- Regularly update the voice directory
- Install new phones and update policies on phones
- Ensure secure phone communication between regions and subsidiaries
- Ensure support contact canter.
- Network equipment performance analysis to pro-actively prevent service interruptions
- Production of internal Network and Voice performance dashboards and reports
- Issuing security alerts when required and implementing necessary shut-downs, rollbacks and workarounds
- Initiate Problem and Change management, when required
- Escalation of serious security threats or breeches to Infrastructure Management and Service Quality Assurance.
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Network security qualification, not required but recommended.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a LAN and WAN administration environment.
- Project Management.
- Strong inter- personal and team building skills.
- Efficient time and task management.
- Ability to adapt to technological change.
- Innovative and creative.
- Must be a resident of Benin.
