Get to Know the Role: The Director of Strategy holds a vital position in shaping and implementing our organization's strategic vision. This role centers on strategic planning, collaborating across functions, and providing support to senior executives in developing and executing business strategies. The role demands exceptional problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning efforts and ensure the successful execution of cross-functional projects by defining and monitoring key milestones and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to influence the company's direction by formulating and driving business strategies.
• Offer data-driven insights and practical guidance to assist cross-functional teams in resolving challenges.
• Develop short-term and long-term performance goals, aligning them with strategic objectives in close coordination with department heads.
• Partner with leadership to effectively communicate organizational goals to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting comprehension and support.
• Conduct regular assessments and updates of the corporate strategy to maintain alignment with management expectations, industry trends, and evolving requirements.

• 8 years of experience at top tier strategy, management consultancy, or investment banking firm
• Strong academic track record
• Strong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem solve
• Experience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills
• Convincing executive presence, solid spoken and written communication skills including executive level communication / slides
• Able to work independently and in teams
• At least 6-8 years of working experience. Prior experience in financial services or banking preferred
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude, rolling up your sleeves and being adaptable and flexible - grit is a characteristic well-valued
• Highly comfortable and able to context switch and perform in a semi-structured, dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
