YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

JobSummary: This role is to provideleadership and direction at regional level on site and inventory-relatedperformance management, controlling, and capability building – acting asdocking-point and interface between COE and regions, which required strongleadership, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive continuousimprovement initiatives and enhance operational performance with the alignmentwith BES business strategies. Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Develop andoversee site operations and inventory management strategies across the APACregion to optimize production efficiency and inventory levels.
• Develop andfacilitate the implementation of regional site optimization plans at country& local level to improve operational performance, reduce costs, andincrease productivity.
• Oversee andprovide guidance on country & local site location selection aligned withbusiness needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production,supply chain, logistics, and finance to ensure the site operations meet overallbusiness objectives.
• Analyzelocal & country production data, inventory levels, and supply chainprocesses to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizationinitiatives across the region.
• Monitor andevaluate site performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, andimplement corrective actions across the region.
• Leadinventory optimization efforts, including demand forecasting, inventoryplanning, and stock level optimization to meet customer demand while minimizinginventory holding costs.
• Develop andimplement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and industry standards. Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, optimize resourceutilization, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provideleadership, guidance, and mentorship to site operations teams to foster aculture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Stay abreast of industrytrends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation andmaintain competitiveness in the market. Share best practices among thecountries.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

YOUR PROFILE

Education : Bachelor’s degree and/or above, major inSupply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or other Sciences; Six SigmaGreen Belt Project Leader Certification is preferred; CPIM is preferred Experience : Minimum 10 years of professionalexperience in (industrial/chemical) distribution sector, Supply Chainmanagement including strong experience in given In-depth knowledge andexperience in transportation and logistics industry in APAC region. Others :

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make decisions based on data and business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with teams across different geographies.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, such as ECC, APO and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English communication skills, fluency in Chinese would be considered a plus.
• Must be flexible to travel when required to fulfill needs of the business.
