Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a fully remote basis, operating within UK hours. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a combination of marketing flair and technical savvy, aimed at propelling our brand to new heights. The successful candidate will be instrumental in amplifying our digital footprint, engaging our target markets, and generating leads through innovative strategies and compelling content. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that targets Law Firms, Accountants, and the SME sector, driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn posts, brochures, and our website, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand's voice and values.
  • Spearhead email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, from conception through to analysis, to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
  • Utilise SEO and SEM techniques to enhance our online presence and improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly, utilising data-driven insights to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to engage our target audience and stay ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology, law, accounting, or SME sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive narratives.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques.
  • Ability to analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
