QA Engineer

What you will do

• Line quality management (50%): 
• Handles quality issues encountered in production and coordinates with Operations within WSA and contract manufacturer (IMI). 
• Ensures product quality and compliance to relevant standards and regulations. Feedback and complaint handling (40%): 
• Liaises with Affiliates, WSA resident team and contract manufacturer (IMI) in investigation and action plan. 
• Reviews and approves relevant CAPA reports ensuring correct analysis, resolution and prevention of recurrence. Support roles (10%): 
• Reviews and approves documents and records as Business Quality representative. 
• Performs First Article review and approval for product transfer/qualification in PH.

What you bring

Experience

• Degree in Engineering
• at least 5 years line QA experience in manufacturing
• 1-2 years of working experience in hearing aid or medical device industry (is a plus)
• Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 7QC tools
• With problem solving skills, 
• Knowledge in auditing
