L2/L3 System Administrator (AU FMCG, Office-Based)

Salary: P100,000-150,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00AM–06:00PM AEST) What are we looking for? Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of solid professional experience as Systems administrator in a global environment.
• Proven experience achieving outcomes with available resources and within set time frames.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in working under Global FMCG or Manufacturing Company

• Preferred Certifications: Red Hat Certified System Administrator/CompTIA Server+/ Linux Administrator/CCNA/ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate/ VMware Certified Professional/etc.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp and XenDesktop).
• Skills and experience in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Ability to administer Microsoft Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online.
• Problem solving and multi-tasking skills along with strong analytical skills

What will you do?

• Responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure for the organization including all subsidiaries.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for all aspects of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure.
• Operating systems management and support across both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure hardware including shared storage arrays, servers, blade chassis and backup hardware.
• Perform system monitoring and remediation of issues across all layers of the IT infrastructure.
• Daily review of backups, with ability to triage and remediate failed jobs.
• Repair and recover from hardware and software failures across the IT infrastructure.
• Create/maintain Linux and Powershell scripts.
• Manage Microsoft Systems Centre environment for Operating System & Application deployment, server and workstation patching, and configuration.
• Administration of Microsoft 365 platforms including Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Exchange.
• Manage a large-scale VMWare virtualisation environment across multiple sites.
• Understanding of public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
• Any other tasks as reasonably assigned by Manager
