The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior management while having exposure to financial reporting and financial analysis, as well as project work such as acquisitions and implementations. This is a great step for someone looking for an early stage finance manager position, where they can gain direct report experience with two reports into the role. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Assist and preparation of month end reporting
- Financial analysis on company performance
- Preparation of budget, liaising with other departments
- Assess processes, controls and systems for continuous improvements
- Manage to two direct reports into the role
- Filing of tax returns
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience
- Highly analytical, with a natural numerical aptitude
- Excellent communicator with ability to communicate with all levels
- Ability to meet conflicting deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated self-starter who has the ability to take ownership
