Project Manager

Do you know where the craic’s at?? We have a great opportunity for a passionate, fun-loving, French-speaking Project Manager with thorough knowledge of the Irish MICE industry. Looking after groups from 20-200 pax, the Project Manager will be responsible for curating experiences and events for clients that reflect the heart and soul of Ireland. Key role responsibilities:

• Create and design bespoke programmes for corporate groups using powerful and attractive Powerpoint presentations
• Maintain a high level of service with clients from first contact through to negotiations and post-event follow-up
• Lead client site inspections
• Build detailed budgets on Excel
• Contact & negotiate services with local partners, developing and maintaining excellent relations
• Be responsible for groups from event creation through to delivery and event operation

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience as Project Manager / Event Manager in the tourism / event industry, with fluent French and English. Must be able to work under pressure while showing great attention to detail. Will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and high level of integrity in all dealings. This role is available on a hybrid basis upon completion of probationperiod.
