A leading financial organization is looking for a Regional IT Service Desk Manager as part of their transformation and growth plans to scale their service desk capabilities. This is an exciting role where you will manage, consolidate and implement new offerings serving various offices. To succeed in this role, you need to have managed a Regional Service Desk across multiple locations. You also embody a customer-centric mindset approach when engaging with diverse stakeholders throughout the region, taking into account their individual complexities. There is a clear growth plan for your development along with this transformation journey, and an exciting opportunity for you to drive a strong impact.
