Office Location: Singapore Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and oversee various corporate finance projects, including Financial Advisory (FA), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and other capital market transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, regulators, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct meticulous financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch books, proposals, term sheets, and other pertinent documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal and external policies and regulations.
- Must be a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of illustrious corporate finance experience in Singapore, preferably with exposure to Chinese-funded enterprises.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA would be highly advantageous.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
