The Company Our client is a leading global data centre platform with a relentless focus on the future. This dynamic company seeks an FP&A Director who will be the maestro of their financial operations. The Role Reporting to the SVP of Global Finance and managing a team, As the lead APAC finance business partner, you will be the financial advisor to the executive team, providing insightful analysis and driving strategic decision-making. You will oversee the FP&A function, develop best-in-class budgeting and forecasting models, and collaborate across departments to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include data governance, system implementation, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and supporting investment activities. Your Profile To excel in this role, you'll need a Masters or a Degree with the following related experiences
- Extensive experience 10 years in a leadership position within the finance function of a complex organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and overseeing all aspects of accounting, reporting, and financial controls in a real estate/ Advanced Technology environment.
- Proven success in leading and motivating a larger finance team, fostering collaboration, and optimizing workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including traders.
