Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Food Products
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Be the on-site partner for the Remote Admin Team in troubleshooting issues and resolving chokepoints for daily deliveries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify the situation, identify the root cause of issues and brainstorm improvements
- Monitor and track new process implementation to ensure the Remote Admin Team follows through with the new process
- Attend to incoming calls received via office phone and order phone, redirect them to the correct stakeholders
- Review the Daily Incident Tracker to identify opportunities for improvement to prevent recurrence
- Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates with prior experience with Microsoft Navision and WMS will be advantageous
