Job Description

• Position Title: Customer Service Executive
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Be the on-site partner for the Remote Admin Team in troubleshooting issues and resolving chokepoints for daily deliveries
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify the situation, identify the root cause of issues and brainstorm improvements
• Monitor and track new process implementation to ensure the Remote Admin Team follows through with the new process
• Attend to incoming calls received via office phone and order phone, redirect them to the correct stakeholders
• Review the Daily Incident Tracker to identify opportunities for improvement to prevent recurrence

• Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates with prior experience with Microsoft Navision and WMS will be advantageous
