Finance Manager (Oil Trading Experience required)

The Company My client is looking to hire a hands-on talent to oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting responsibilities for a Singapore portfolio. Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
• Strong full set accounting experience in the commercial sector is required
• MUST: Oil Trading industry is required
• Exposure to fuel oil derivatives (Mark to Market value), trader book and paper swap
• Traits: Team player, hands-on, proactive, ability to work independently and is self-motivated
• Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants only

Job Scope Reporting to the General Manager and Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting responsibilities for Singapore entities. You will manage the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, perform variance analysis, and liaise with banks, auditors and tax agents. You will be a key liaison with banks to facilitate financing requirements. You will also support in cashflow management, review sales & purchase transactions, continually explore ways to improve processes and support in system implementation initiative.
