About thisrole:Perform and contribute to theEHS training programme by conducting EHS inductions, and otherinternal EHS training as required and scheduling external trainingwhere required.Raise purchase requisitions forEHS equipment.Conduct regular plantinspections and ensure deficiencies are minimised andcorrected.Assist with maintaining emergencyplans & procedures.Assist with theinvestigation of plant accidents and incidents, and report andmanage the corrective actions.Participate inrisk assessments and ensure the risk and impact register is kept upto date.Report on EHS statistics and otherissues on regular basis;Coordinate, attend andprovide input into the EHS committeemeeting.Work with the fireman and medic toensure all EHS compliance activities areundertaken.Perform other EHS-specificfunctions as delegated to him by the Head ofEHS.
