Maintaining sufficient inventoryof material supplies and equipment for performance ofdutiesReporting shortage of materials to(supervisor) senior radiographer IR at earliest convenience,maintaining records for ordering andreplenishmentPerforming all Interventionalimagery procedures in accordance with department policies,procedures and protocols. Applying detailed knowledge of anatomyand physiology in order to produce images of high diagnosticqualityPerforming other related radiography(special) procedures as requiredEvaluating andassessing Interventional images produced for acceptable quality,appropriateness and completeness, and advising other staff whenrequired. Forwards images to Radiologist for review andreportingConducting all preparations,administrations of IV contrast agents under the supervision ofsupervisor or physicianResponsible for thesafe and competent use of all radiology equipment, patientappliances and aids used in the department. Reporting any incidentsand equipment faults or deterioration to senior staff in a timelymanner.Operating advanced software onspecialist radiological equipment e.g. Bolus tracking, imagereconstructions, quantification and dynamicimaging
